Mihenk Teknoloji operates this website from Türkiye. For personal data enquiries contact iletisim@mihenkteknoloji.com. The full legal identity and postal address of the data controller are being verified and can be requested by email; this notice is not a substitute for those required details.

## Data collected and purpose

Project enquiry fields include full name, email, selected service and project description. A company, telephone number and website may be provided optionally. We use the information to reply and to evaluate the requested work. Processing grounds may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, obligations under law, and legitimate interests subject to applicable safeguards.

Infrastructure services may process IP addresses, connection times, device characteristics and security records for delivery, reliability and abuse prevention. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are governed by separate choices described in the Cookie Policy.

## Sharing and international transfers

Enquiries are delivered using server-side email and hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare provides website delivery and protection. With the appropriate tracking choice, Google Analytics, Google advertising technologies and Microsoft Clarity may process usage data. External providers and personnel may access or process information outside Türkiye.

Specific international transfer mechanisms, counterparties and contractual safeguards must be validated separately. A cookie preference does not itself establish a lawful basis or legal safeguard for every transfer.

## Retention and protection

Personal data is intended to be retained only as needed for handling the enquiry, legal duties or legitimate claims. We have not verified a fixed automated deletion period for enquiry emails, backups or provider logs and therefore do not promise one.

Technical controls include HTTPS transport, server-side contact form validation, anti-spam checks and encrypted SMTP transport. No digital service can guarantee absolute security. Do not provide passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in project enquiries.

## Your rights and contact
