Information we receive
When you send a project enquiry, we receive the name, email address, selected service and project description you submit. Company name, telephone number and website address are optional. We also record whether you confirmed that we may respond to the enquiry.
The website and its infrastructure may process technical request data, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps and security-related events. We do not offer visitor accounts or a payment checkout on this website.
Why we use information
We use enquiry details to review your request, respond, discuss the requested services and, if appropriate, take steps towards an agreed project. Processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, the performance of a contract, applicable legal obligations or legitimate interests where permitted by law.
The form's required contact confirmation is permission to reply to your enquiry. It is not consent to marketing emails or SMS and it does not replace the separate information and permissions required for other types of processing.
Cookies, analytics & your choice
The website offers three choices: Reject optional, Analytics only and Accept all. The site's application does not load its optional Google Analytics, Google Ads or Microsoft Clarity tags before an appropriate choice. Analytics only permits Google Analytics and Clarity; Accept all also permits advertising-related Google signals.
A first-party localStorage record called mihenk_privacy_choice_v1 remembers your choice and when you made it. The application treats that choice as valid for up to 180 days. This browser record is not itself a cookie and may remain until removed or replaced.
Cloudflare provides delivery and security infrastructure and may collect technical security information. Cloudflare Web Analytics can be injected separately at the network edge, outside the website application's preference controller. Withdrawing an optional choice cannot erase information already processed by external services.
You can reject optional tracking without losing access to the site, and revisit your selection using Cookie settings in the footer or on this page.
Service providers & international processing
Enquiries are delivered through server-side email infrastructure. Depending on the service involved and your choices, hosting, delivery, anti-abuse, analytics and advertising providers may handle relevant information. The website uses hosting and delivery services, Cloudflare and, where permitted, Google and Microsoft services.
Some providers or their personnel may process or access information outside Türkiye. Whether a particular international transfer is permitted and which contractual safeguards apply requires a separate verified assessment. Selecting a cookie option is not itself a blanket authorisation for every international transfer.
Retention & security
We aim to keep information for the time reasonably needed to handle an enquiry and for applicable legal requirements or legitimate claims. No fixed, automatic deletion period for enquiry emails has been verified, so we do not promise one. Email providers, infrastructure logs and backups may have separate retention periods.
The public form sends requests over HTTPS and uses server-side validation, request-size limits and anti-spam checks. Its delivery configuration uses server-side SMTP and transport encryption. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include passwords, payment-card data or other unnecessary sensitive information in a project enquiry.
If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please contact us privately with a brief description and steps to reproduce. Avoid accessing or changing anyone else's data and do not publicly disclose sensitive details while the issue is being reviewed.
Your rights & requests
Under Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you may have rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, understand its purposes and recipients, request correction, request deletion when the legal conditions apply, object to certain automated decisions and seek compensation where legally available.
Send a request to [email protected] and explain what you need. We may ask for proportionate verification before sharing or changing personal data. Requests are handled under applicable statutory procedures and deadlines, generally no later than 30 days under the KVKK application process.
